The past

Surveys show that in the pre-COVID world, 57% of Gen Zers, 50% of Millennials, and even 46% of Gen Xers worked from home at least once a week. And one in four office workers claimed to work from home half of the time, if not more.
Remote work offers numerous advantages. A study by Owl Labs found 83% of survey respondents agree that the ability to work remotely would make them happier. This is because remote work allows for greater work-life balance, freedom, and flexibility. Research also suggests that happy employees work more productively, are more creative, more open to collaboration, and more loyal than their in-office counterparts.
The present
The pandemic has forced huge sections of the population to work remotely for the foreseeable future. This is a huge shift for many companies and workers. The future
